Course Environment
At this level, work takes place under the direction of others and supervision may be direct or indirect. Work may take place in a range of community services organisations.

12 in total – 5 Core and 7 Elective
Student requirements
- Must be 17 years of age to enrol
- Students must attain a Working with Children Card (volunteer or paid) within the first 6 weeks of enrolment
Tutorials /Assistance
- Tutorial sessions – Help is available every Tuesday 1:00 pm – 2.30 pm (QLD Time) to ask any question of your trainer in the online Tutorial sessions.
- One-on-one online sessions for trainer support are available every Tuesday as required.
- Email and phone support is available as required.
Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G)
The Certificate 3 Guarantee supports eligible individuals to complete their first post-school certificate III level qualification and increase their skills to move into employment, re-enter the workforce or advance their career.
The program also supports school students to access training and Queensland’s Year 12 graduates to transition to employment by providing free training in high-priority qualifications.
