The Course

The Mental Health First Aid / Youth (MHFA) course is designed to equip adults with the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise, understand, and respond to young people (ages 12-18) experiencing mental health challenges or crises. This course is ideal for teachers, caregivers, parents and anyone who supports young people.
