Registered Training Organisation
The Transition to Work program has been designed to help young people between the ages of 15 to 24 find a meaningful, rewarding and sustainable career path.
In this program, we aim to:
- Provide intensive pre-employment support and training.
- Support early school leavers and young adults into further education or employment.
- Help in the development of practical, job-friendly skills.
- Help people connect with education and training providers.
- Locate job opportunities within local communities.
- Find work experience placements and more.

The ParentsNext program has been created to support parents and carers who are receiving Parenting Payments. We help clients create a planned career pathway in preparation for work when their youngest child reaches school age.
The program’s initiatives and services include, but are not limited to:

Skilling Queenslanders for Work in Strathpine
Skilling Queenslanders for Work is a $420-million government project being rolled out over six years to assist up to 54,000 Queenslanders with employment opportunities.
This funding will be focused on support for the unemployed and underemployed, including:
- Youth
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
- Para-able and special needs citizens
- Mature age job seekers
- Women re-entering the workforce
- Veterans and ex-service personnel

Get Set for Work in Strathpine
The Queensland Government’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative aims to improve the education, skills, employment opportunities and social stability of disadvantaged and at-risk members of the community.
It has been created to assist young Queenslanders between the ages of 15 to 19 years, to receive nationally recognised and accredited training and certifications.
With integrated learning support and foundational skills training, we aim to help young people successfully transition into employment or further education.
