An overview of the Transition to Work program
Transition to Work is an employment service that has been primarily designed to help young people between the ages of 15 to 24. The goal is to provide support and the tools necessary to discover and move into meaningful employment. It can be hard to know what you want to do with the rest of your life when you first finish school, the Transition to Work program is looking at helping students move into a successful career path.
With intensive pre-employment support and training, the Worklinks team aim to improve work-readiness for our youth, early school leavers, and young adults. Be it further education or employment (inclusive of apprenticeships and traineeships) the Transition to Work program looks to identify the next steps.
