The CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment services reflects the role of individuals who provide employment services to both job seekers and employers. They use specialised knowledge to support individual job seekers in locating, securing and maintaining employment, and to assist employers in meeting their recruitment needs.

Qualification Options

CHC41115 Certificate IV Employment Services (single qualification)

Duration: up to 18 Months

Pre-requisites: None

Fees:

Fee for service (if not eligible for funding):

Full course: $2800

Pay you go: $350 per unit, with this option you can complete one or more units and obtain a statement of attainment or complete the full course. If you complete all units under pay-as-you go would be a total cost of $4900 (14 units x $350)

Higher Level Skills (Queensland residents only)

To be eligible for the Higher Level Skills program, individuals must:

  • be aged 15 years or over;
  • be no longer at school;
  • permanently reside in Queensland;
  • be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident (includes humanitarian entrant), temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency, or a New Zealand citizen; and
  • not hold, and not be enrolled in, a certificate IV or higher-level qualification, not including foundation skills training.
